Growing teams often coordinate orders across branches and departments through disconnected conversations and spreadsheets. That makes ownership, readiness, and the next action difficult to see.
My contribution
How I moved the work forward
- Co-founded the product and shaped its initial operations and ordering scope.
- Translated multi-branch workflows into a role-aware product model for owners, managers, and employees.
- Built the product direction alongside a product designer, full-stack engineer, and market researcher.
- Established the frontend architecture and an API-ready path while the MVP remains under active development.
